We charge on a per-hour basis. This means you pay for the time and expertise you actually use. We begin every project with a free, no-obligation consultation.

How far in advance should we call you?

As early as possible, but we understand that is not always how it works. If you are in a compressed timeline due to a health event, call us immediately. We have completed full moves in as little as five days.

Can you help even if the move is out of state?

Yes. We are members of NASMM, which maintains a national network of certified professionals.

What if my parent refuses to cooperate?

This is more common than most families expect. We have a gentle, neutral presence that often works when family members cannot get through.

Do you provide packing materials?

We provide all packing materials.

What happens to items not coming to the new home?

We coordinate donation pickups, introductions to trusted estate sale professionals, and disposal of items that cannot be donated or sold.

Will the new apartment feel like home?

That is always the goal. We create a scaled floor plan, hang family photos in familiar arrangements, and organize the kitchen to match the habits of a lifetime.
